ELGIN ROAD WARRIORS / UPDATED OCTOBER 5, 2026

Your information.

When you send an inquiry

The site stores the adult name, email address, business (for sponsorship), selected interests, message and submission time you provide. This lets the team review your inquiry and follow up. You will see confirmation only after the inquiry has been saved. The form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Who can see it

The site owner can review inquiries through a protected team inbox. Hosting and database services process information needed to operate the site. Please use an adult’s contact details and keep children’s private or medical information out of the form.

Technical records

A submission reference helps prevent duplicate inquiries when a request is retried. A short-lived hash of network information may be used to limit automated spam; the form does not store your raw IP address. Rate-limit records are removed after their useful window. The site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics.

External services

Links to Instagram and GoFundMe open services that operate under their own privacy policies.

Questions or removal requests

Contact Erwrunningteam@gmail.com to ask about information you’ve shared, request a correction or ask for deletion. The team should retain inquiries only while needed for the conversation, partnership or associated records.
